Dangermoose Studios is Live!

Today I launched the blog for Dangermoose Studios. I created Dangermoose Studios as a  cover name for my work creating “indie” games built using the XNA framework and Torque X and may develop it into a business in future.

I will use this blog to highlight current projects, discuss development of these projects, as well as focusing on the use of Torque X and XNA as a development platform.

In the future I hope the site will develop into something more than a blog and a dream :)

More to come soon!

Mod love....

Late last night I was looking through Mod Cloth and found so many wonderful things so I need to put them all in a post so that they are no longer hundreds of open tabs on my browser! So here they are:

1. Hello Kitty Cutie Wallet – cutest wallet ever!, although knowing me it would get rather dirty in a matter of days in my handbag.

2. Panda-ora’s Bag – such a cute little bag, reminds me of an orange cat one that I own from Fruits Basket! I love the little leaf details on the zip pulls.

3. 23 Flavours of Fab Lunch Box – Dr Pepper – Im always a sucker for tin lunch boxes.

4. Arcade Parade Necklace – very cute retro game necklace, would prefer it in silver though, or colourful.

5. Modzilla Necklace – also comes in black!

6. Aesop’s Fable Necklace in Fox – amazing fox necklace! Reminds me of children’s fairy tales…

7. Camera Obscura Necklace – gonna see if my dad will make me one of these!

8. Time for Romance Necklace – very ornate fob watch, the back is pretty too

9. Friendly Robot Necklace – lovely robot necklace with movable joints!

10. The Poirot Ring – the funniest ring I have seen for a long time!

11. Urban Forest Rings – tiny ornaments on rings are fun, but I fear they will break off quite easily?!

12. Hello Tootsies Socks – love long socks, love Hello Kitty…

13. Winter Semester Socks in Marshmallow – they look so comfy!

14. Anything Bows Headband – I think this would look really cute in my hair.

15. Heartbeats Cuff – chunky cuff for your wrist, very bold design

16. Two Servings a Day Belt – I have been looking for a new belt, and this is so yummy!

17. A-Bot Time Keychain – I think I love robots!

18. Onassis Dress – plain and simple yet very wearable for me. I have an issue with dresses, as I dont own many and never did for many years, so I am forcing them upon myself!

19. Glimmering Girl Dress

20. Frock and Roll Party Queen in Sandy – I seem to love big bows on dresses…

21. The Christine Dress – so cute but out of stock :(

22. Auld Lang Syne Dress – big and puffy!

23. The Gilda Dress

24. Picture Day Jumper in Khaki – I would love to wear this with a comfy top on underneath

25. Creme de la Creme Sweater Dress – this is so me! If I had to pick one dress from this line up it would be this one.

26. Gettysburg A-Dress

27. Pump Up the Volume Dress – huge puff ball!

28. No Place Like Gnome Tshirt

29. Ele-fun Tee

30. Paradise Kitty Tank Top – its like your boobs are winking at you!

31. Frosting on Top

32. Kawaii Cuisine Bento Box in Giraffe

33. Coffee Nymphs Mug

34. The Vintage Home book – as I love inspiration

35. Apple of my Eye Mirror – would look great in the bathroom!

36. Pear-y Cute Bento Boxes

37. The Better to Bond with You Tape Dispenser – so so so so cute!

38. I See You Mug

39. Lovely Little Labbit Rabbits

.

Two of the hamsters were fighting today so I had to separate them to individual cages. I got hamster blood on my hands, I was not impressed!

Myself and Ryan are off to Bluewater this evening, mostly to see Rick Stein and hopefully get a book signed in Waterstones, but also to do some shopping! I cant wait, it should be fun. I should actually be getting dressed but I’m eating left over pizza :)

For World of Warcraft Gold buyers - Beware of Rip-off WoW Gold Selling Sites

WoW(world of warcraft ) is a massive-multiplayer, online role playing game which is popular all over the world —many players play on a regular basis. People of all ages play WoW in a number of different countries. Everybody wants to be part of Azeroth these days, and there is no doubt that this game is exciting, entertaining, and enjoyable.I believe everybody wants to have an elite character, however, the players need a lot of WoW gold to buy equipments , items and so on. So many WoW players decide to buy WoW gold from online sites now, but some players are banned from Blizzard for buying WoW gold, which is because he choose a unreliable, rip-off or unsafe website.

As a WoW gold buyer, you should beware of so many rip-off websites online, which just want to cheat your credit card information and then cheat your money. As we all know, farming WoW gold is really a boring job which waste time and energy, however, do you know how to choose a reliable website online? Here I have a guide for you. Firstly, you can search online, and you will find a lot of WoW gold selling sites, and you can log on their sites and see if they are full of contents in every aspects of WoW, if they often update the news on their sites and so many aspects you can judge from. I think the rip-off sites will be very simple and they don’t often update their news. Secondly, choose a tested & certified website to keep you safe from identity theft, credit card fraud, spam, viruses and rip-off.You should remember the only details you’ll need apart from your payment details, are the character name, the server name, and the realm. You do not need to supply your login name or password under any circumstances. Thirdly, you can talk to the live-chat in the site, and see if they provide the 24/7 service. The good websites will provide you the quality service. As for me, my favorite WoW gold selling website is wow-gold-team.com, which is a professional WoW gold sale store. There is a huge stock of cheap WoW gold on all servers for sale on wow gold team and the best is you can query for the stocks on the site of wow gold team, and the price of WoW gold slashed to the bottom on all servers now. You can also get the WoW guide, raiding tips, power leveling tips and so on. They also promised they will refund you if getting banned for buying WoW gold from their site. They supply the best service for WoW players with the low price, fast delivery, and 24/7 online support. If you want to buy WoW gold, you can have a try following my guide. I believe you will find a perfect WoW gold selling website.

Most Popular Wii Sports Games For Christmas

Wii has revolutionized the sports video game industry by allowing players to be in motion while playing video games. Now, not only can the game player view the action on the screen, they can participate. In this article, we will take a look at the best, and most popular sports games available for the Wii Game Console.

I remember a rainy day last fall when I was visiting my friend’s Sheila and Patrick. We were having a great lunch and I asked, “Where are the kids?”. Patrick said that they were in the living room so I popped in to say hello.

I entered the room to find all the kids enthusiastically swinging a little rectangular object in front of one of the best LCD Televisions that I have seen. On the TV screen, I saw a tennis match.

“What are you all doing?” I asked.

“Playing tennis,” they all chimed in without breaking stride.

This is when I realized the vast potential of Wii Sports Games. With the Wii Console, kids can play video games and be active at the same time. The image of the “sedentary child” who spends countless hours being inactive playing video games is not an image the Wii has. It is an active video console.

In fact, the leading Wii Sports Game right now is called “EA Sports Active Personal Trainer” brought to you by Electronic Arts. This game was developed with fitness expert Bob Greene who may be best known as Oprah Winfrey’s personal trainer. This game gets you in great shape and is extremely motivational as you watch a personal trainer on the screen. Just released in October, this game has already hit #1 on the Wii Charts.

Baseball season has just ended with the New York Yankees winning the World Series. But for many who will purchase Wii’s Major League Baseball, the season never ends. This is the top selling baseball video game and simulates big league baseball unlike any other game.

Golfers and non-golfers alike love the Tiger Woods PGA Tour game. In the sporting category, this is always one of the top Wii Games because golf lends itself so well to the art of the video game. They say that golf is “90% between the ears”. In other words, golfers not only have to swing, they have to think. Tiger Woods golf forces you to employ all of your mental and physical facilities and it is a great way to improve your actual golf game.

Another contender each year for the most popular sports game is Madden Football. Each year a new version of Madden football is released with all the new players and updated statistics. Football junkies, especially those who on Fantasy Sports teams, love Madden Football as it supports their football addiction.

Finally, a surprise hit with sports lovers is the game called “Big Game Hunter”. Obviously, hunters love this game as it embraces their passion for hunting. However, this game has proven to have crossover appeal to those who are not hunters in real life. In this game, it’s you against the outdoors as you have to hunt down your prey just as men did thousands of years ago and many still do today.

Like all these Wii Sports Games, Big Game Hunter is a real thrill because it places you in the center of the action. And that is what Wii Sports Games are all about–Action!

You, AFKs and MMOs: O HAY DIS B IMPORTANTZ EVENTZ-- OH SHI-

Picture related.

Picture related.

One thing I’ve been thinking while in the shower before returning to play with .

It amazes me how most people I knew playing MMOs and are having me in party can keep themselves seated in front of their computers without having to respond to a certain call of duty (no, not that Call Of Duty) – in which this means, you’re at home and you’re now on the PC playing a certain online game (be it anything you’re thinking while reading this post) and you’re in your group whacking away at monsters in a dangerous dungeon. Or, you are with your guild going for the frontlines, already at the base where you’ll need to fend it off from would-be invaders and at the same time said invaders are charging inside all out at your guildsmen for a last resort strike. Or, you might be battling a monster everyone wants to kill for the reward it gives.

Basically, anything that needs you to stay on full alert in-game and not even a second of neglect. But wait!

Let’s say your name is Johnny. All of a sudden voices rang into your ear, offscreen, sounding something like this:

“Johnny! Please wash the plates!” Or, it can be something like “Johnny! You need to follow dad out and buy some groceries etc!” Or maybe something mundane like “Johnny! Please hand mom over the spoon!”

And all these while you’re doing any of the stuff I mentioned before in that long fucking paragraph up there.

Not to mention being seconds late to do what you’ve been asked for would grant you an annoying barrage of lectures.

How would you deal with the tension that comes after that, ladies and gentlemen? One thing for sure is that I’m going to listen to those who say they just ignore it or ask somebody else to do it. Oh, in order to make sure of that I’ll add one more situation: Given that situation, you’re now not in any position to just ignore or ask someone else to do it in your stead.

I, for one, am not free from these “obstacles” (name it something else if you wish) and always have to make a quick sprint to whatever I need to do after getting away from the keyboard, and depending on the number of tasks I’m assigned, will take me quite some time to get back to the screen and see what’s happening.

Of course, if I were a support character going AFK (that’s Away From Keyboard for you twerps, if you still don’t know) all of a sudden and my party members all died (including me) while I was at it, I would get the blame for sure. Luckily enough most of the people I’ve met are pretty understanding people because they know this fact for sure that you can’t blame people who suddenly went AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave if you still don’t know, somewhat a ‘formal’ term for “missing,”) online because he was called for some stuff off-screen.

But it’s still annoying to be suddenly called off in the face of an important moment while playing MMOs, don’t you think?

Somehow I think something else is needed apart from everyone’s AWSUM GODHAXness or ZOMG UBERMULTITASKERZ stuff…

Jogo: Driving Speed 2

Modern Warfare 2

I have recently been playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 a lot.  I love the game!  (Although it is taking me a while to get back into my first-person shooter groove.)  I haven’t finished the single-player campaign yet, but what I have played of it is wonderful.  The graphics are amazing, the storyline is flawless, and the missions are both fun and challenging.  Online mulitiplayer on XBox Live is fun.  The weapon choices are amazing and the customizations that this game has brought are unbelievable.  The classes are very thorough and the side-arm choices are great this time around.  No more sticking to only pistols.

I was a huge fan of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, especially the online mulitiplayer.  This game has stayed true to that experience, but has really upped the ante.  With kill streak as well as death streak customizations, even getting killed a few times isn’t as bad.  I was not a fan of Call of Duty: World at War, so I am very happy to see a game that is basically an improvement upon the first Modern Warfare.  It is very easy to get sucked in and play for hours.  I love the introduction of the Predator Missile, as well as the care package drops and all the other new perks this game has to offer.

If you haven’t tried it yet, I say pick up a copy and happy gaming!

After watching a beautiful sunset, Nick and Coco walk down towards the water to say their vows.

After the ceremony, Nick and Coco immediately move into a new home.  They are newlyweds in a brand new house and feel very good about themselves.  They celebrate.

Now that Coco is a Star News Anchor and married to Nick, she feels complete.  Coco feels that it is time to start a family.  She is a family oriented sim so she is planning on having many sims.  The next morning Nick and Coco try for a baby.  Will they succeed?  Will they get twins, triplets?

Complex Interviews Game

The Game talks R.E.D. album, 50 Cent, Jay-z and Interscope

Complex: Starting off, talk about the reasoning behind naming your new joint The R.E.D. Album.

Game: R.E.D is simply rededicated. That’s what R.E.D is, the r-e-d in red for me. And rededicated to what? My family, my craft, which is hip-hop, my fans, which are world wide, my children, my hood, my city, and what got me here—which is the color. I think that before I came out there was no red. There was Snoop, everybody was Crip walking. I came in, I took the color on as a whole. People just adapted to who I am and where I come from. I mean now, even Crips wear red.

Complex: How do you feel about other rappers who claim Blood and shout “Soo-Woo”?

Game: I mean, look what I did to Jim Jones, and look at Weezy, and look at Gucci Mane. I feel like I did that. It’s a free country. People can do whatever they want to do and if anything they’re just making me bigger and my legacy and where I come from and what I represent bigger.

Complex: I know Gucci Mane is on the album. What other collaborations can we expect?

Game: I got Rick Ross. I got Beanie Sigel, I got Jeezy. I finally did a song with Jeezy that’s fuckin’ crazy too. For the most part it’s me, with a couple of features from people I haven’t worked with yet—I always try to work with new people every album. But it’s people that I respect and that are also poppin’ in the world and that other people want to hear.

Love Plus

Perhaps you may not have to spend this Christmas alone again...well, kind of.

The other day, I was browsing DannyChoo, and found this article. After seeing the many “Love Plus is reality” comments, I got curious. And a little scared. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a try and started playing Love Plus.

Love Plus is a dating sim for the DS, developed by Konami, and is supposedly the next big thing in dating sims. Apparently, it has a load of features such as real time coordinated events, emails, and such, and tries to simulate a complete relationship with one of the three heroines. From the left in the picture above, they are Takane Manaka, Kobayakawa Rinko, and Anegasaki Nene. Nene is the “older sister” figure, and Rinko is the tsundere who annoys me to no end. Seriously, the conversations have been: “Hey!” “Shut up.” “What did I do…?” “Chi-.” And she walks away. So in the end I decided to go for Manaka.

Personally, I haven’t seen anything awe-inspiring or causing me to want to abandon life and get married to one of the girls (which has sadly, sadly happened…Japan, you are so strange). The voice acting is rather nice though. If only they would do that for all DS games…

Ah well, at least I learned some Japanese from it.

JV Colts defeat Warriors 35-0

By MaryJo Ubamos

The El Camino Junior Varsity Football Team defeated the South City Warriors 35-0.

The Colts started their offensive control of the game early on . Running back DJ Peluso ran a short route to the right side and caught a swing pass from quarterback Richard McCune, gaining 30 yards. Later in the drive, Peluso made another reception but was tackled down by Warrior Kevin Cunna yards away. The first quarter ended scoreless and the second saw the Warriors shut down offensively, unable to gain yardage and drives ended in punts. Bsck on offense, the Colts drove to the 20 yard line and Peluso scored the first touchdown of the game with a time of 4:42 left in the second quarter with kicker Omar Reyes adding the extra point.

Later in the second quarter, El Camino’s Chris Pola tackled Warrior Gerard Rowes at the 20 yard line for a fourth down stop. With 1:01 left on the clock, the Colts had a  third down at the 10 yard line and McCune ran in a touchdown.

“Chris Pola acted as a shield for Richie. He was able to block two people and create a sort of path for him into the end zone,” lineman Matthew Woodard said. The first half ended with El Camino up 13-0. Once the third quarter started with the ball back in the Warriors’ possession, the Colts were able to again stop the Warriors on fourth down. Back on offense, Peluso scored another touchdown on a fifty yard run at the end of the quarter.

The fourth quarter kicked off with running back Marcus Roman scoring another touchdown for the Colts. While the Colts defense continued to shut down the Warriors offense. Peluso scored once more, but it was brought back by an illegal block by the Colts. The game ended with back to back scoreless drives by both teams.

“Our defense was really strong and the offensive line had a really successful running game, but we still could’ve improved on the passing and had less running plays,” said Peluso said. Ultimately the Colts’ strong all-around plat and Warriors’ inability to put together a scoring drive resulted with the JV Colts taking the “Baby Bell”. “What really made the team work so well was not only the teamwork, but we had a good group of sophomores and a handful of new strong and smart freshmen,” Roman said.

[Review] Halo wars

Halo wars

Ensemble Studios

Strategy

Released in February 2009

Calem here, This review is abit late, i know but i only just recently purchased it. Halo wars is based 20 years before the event of halo CE. It is only natural for all halo fans to buy this game. but frankly im ashamed with it. Ensemble Studios had really stuffed up the story line of the Halo universe. Such as the flood, UNSC only discovered the flood on the first Halo ring and had no other record of the flood before. But people who enjoy Strategy games, this might be there dream, but i myself is quiet really ashamed.  in the game you can play as either UNSC or Covenant, both sides had different playing styles. on top of that theres different characters such as Captain Cutter or the Arbiter. The game uses a birds eye view, giving you a clear shot of all the action. sorry guys but this isnt my thing and will be trading it in.

I rate this game 3/5

Hahaha…

Oh well, kesampingnkan itu…
Covernya, nggak bisa protes deh. Cuma berharap aja ini nggak membuat penjualannya jadi jomplang aja.
Soal isi, baru baca beberapa puluh halaman awal, tapi sepertinya menjanjikan. Khas novel Jepangnya masih ada. Intinya, patut deh dibaca serius.

Dan…tadi sedikit membaca ulang artikel. Terutama tentang si Jouoh-sama dari FFXIII (baca; Fang). Begitu lihat seiyuunya, gua langsung nyembur, menyadari bahwa gua lupa kalau Andou Mabuki itu ternyata seiyunya Balsa (Seirei no Moribito).
Sesama cewek kuat, sesama pemegang tombak…dan sesama galak…
Ini sengaja ya, SE!? ^^;;

Progress: Core Engine

The core engine is coming along nicely, I’ve added four-directional shooting, a much better (and flexible) weapon system, each weapon now runs it’s own seperate script rather than plugging in variables from an array, I might even have these externally loaded so I can have downloadable weapons. Maybe. I added a “Secret Areas” function that counts towards a stat which will be shown at the end of the game. I need to add more stat tracking variables because people seem to love that shit, (I know I do).

NB: The sprites used in the pictures below are used to indicate to me which sprite is being shown when, hence the labels and direction arrows. This is just so I can make sure the right sprites are being shown so that when I get the real character sprites I can just plug them into the engine and it’ll all run smooth.

Campfire Legends - The Hookman: Escape the Hookman - if you can!

Campfire Legends – The Hookman (131 MB download)
Uncover the story-behind-the-story from one of the scariest tales ever in Campfire Legends – The Hookman, a hidden object adventure of darkness, shadows and frights! Walk in Christine’s footsteps as her plans for a romantic getaway turn into a frightful night of finding lost items, discovering mysterious clues, and escaping alive. Only with nerves of steel and a clear mind can you find life-saving objects and solve challenging puzzles. Can you escape The Hookman?

So I finished Borderlands

And when I say finished I mean I beat it on normal; there is still Playthrough 2 to come where everyone is super tough, and lots of 4 player online play and duelling. Safe to say I am getting my 50 dollars worth out of this game.

Okay so my Hunter has completed every last mission in the game with 21 hours 12 minutes of play on the clock. On a second playthrough I expect about fifteen hours; not a whole lot of time was spent trying to figure stuff out. A lot more time was spent putting rounds through bandits heads and watching the beautiful chunks spray in all directions.

Visually I am in love. The concept art slash comic book style slash cell shading works wonders. Each piece of the terrain has a full texture which is then surrounded with a chunky black border that stays the same thickness at every distance: so from far away things appear blocky and chunky, resolving into pieces when you approach. The enemies are one of six types but with many variations, each with their own unique model. The guns – oh, the guns. Having picked up easily five hundred guns and used most of them I have to say they are still fresh and exciting. The models are created with a modular system, so each one can have any of a dozen different magazines, stocks, barrels, scopes, etc, etc. Which means no two guns look alike, and you really notice it when you’re handling so much weaponry. Borderlands doesn’t let the modular randomising system take over though: I came across easily twenty ‘unique’ weapons all obviously hand-crafted to look specifically awesome – most notably the Patton revolver, all brushed silver with a minimalist, Old-West revolver appearance, sporting a quote from General Patton in its description.

The best bit about the guns isn’t how they look like, or even how they sound – though the crack! of each revolver has a distinctive sound, and are all equally satisfying – it’s the shooting. I have never experienced such super-smooth hit detection. Critical spots are difficult targets, but not because the hitboxes are off: they are difficult because the models move realistically, duck behind cover, work in pairs (nothing amused me more than hearing a bandit yell “Nobody kills my buddy and lives!”, except maybe Tannis’s utter insanity) and die in such a satisfying manner.

That said, it’s not a perfect game. Multiplayer is deeply flawed, requiring players to host their own servers on their own internet connections, requires port forwarding and the like to avoid 15 second timeouts, and much of the glorious hit detection is lost in the milliseconds of lag. The bosses, while climactic and terrifying and introduced with hilarious, Inglourious Basterd-style freeze frames, tend towards being too static and simply beefcakes without much killing ability. Maybe as a Hunter my play style exacerbated that issue as I tended to run backwards and shoot them in the eyes, but that’s still a point against them. Indeed, I died once to Sledge and killed every other boss first try. I found myself dying to the average grunt when I wasn’t paying attention or managed to get caught in between two or three of them. The challenge level in the first playthrough is bumpy, though – a badass (elite) grunt, due to its clever AI or good positioning, was often more challenging than the boss he was protecting.

That said, the battle against Krom ranks in my top five boss fights of all time, up there with Salazar from Resident Evil 4.

Mission design was seamless, pulling of the go-here do-that kill-this-guy turn-in quest system from many an MMO with relative ease for a shooter. The missions themselves are creative, amusing, varied, and sometimes even challenging on their own.

Anyway, the final verdict is that it’s a great game: the loot system of Diablo, the aesthetics and black humour of the Fallout series, a peerless shooting experience and characters worthy of Bioware. Don’t be fooled by the sandbox gameplay tagline – this is pretty linear. And damnit, that’s a good thing!

DT-015 Daily Thoughts - MMORPG vs MPSFC

Todays reflections are about: MMORPG vs MPSFC. It is fascinating how much dedication and personal effort online players can come up with. 24hs a day online just dont seem enough to get everything done. No longer is it only reserved for the young ones, no way, one can find MMORPG enthusiasts from almost every age group and social level left- and right clicking the mouse. MMORPG Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games are they called. WoW, the top one has well above 10 million accounts. This raises a lot of questions, beginning with the one why we get hooked? Star Trek Online

Star Trek online went in to closed beta October 22 2009. You can still sign up for it on their official webpage Star Trek Online.

This MMO will be a pay to play ( but they have not decided on a pricing plan yet according to their game FAQ page ), and is set to be released on 2nd February 2010 in North America. You can already pre-order the game on sites such as Amazon, or GameStop.

What can we expect from this mmo?

  •  You will be able to be the captain of your own ship
  •  You will be able to have careers such as  Engineer, Tactical Officer, Doctor, Science Officer, etc. On top of being a captain ( which happens automatically when you take possession of a ship.)
  • There will be team missions, events, and space battles
  • There will be pvp, but no separate servers with their own pvp rule set, instead there will be pvp type areas / zones.
  • Playable races will include Human, Vulcan, Andorian, Klingon, Orion, Gorn, and a few others that were not listed. A major draw,  will  be creating your own character race with customizable appearance and attributes, and I have no doubt about that.

There is much more that could be listed, and to view that list, read for yourself at the official Star Trek Online Faq page. Where in fact I gathered all this information.

The makers of Star Trek Online; Cryptic an independent developer of massively multiplayer online games, who brought titles such as (present) Champions Online, (past) City of Heroes, and City of Villans…are  Initiating development on several new projects according to the “In Development” page…They wont say what, but  They do have a nice slide show of concept artwork that lets the mind wander ( just as they suggest ).

Cryptic Recieved the rights to Star Trek Online which previously belonged another game company called P2 Entertainment who had to return the licence ( back in 2008) . Thankfully, another developer was able to pick it up, and bring continue to bring Star Trek Online to Fruition.

This is one game to look forward too! Keep up to date on this MMO at the Official Website. There you ask Cryptic any questions, view up to date news, and even view Dev Chats.

Game - Big Money (Produced by Cool & Dre)

Compton’s Game returns with the first single from his forthcoming album RED.

You either love this instantly or it will grow on you, Cool & Dre produce one of the most infectious beats of 2009, providing the West Coast emcee with the waviest of platforms on which Game flows with such composure and consistency, you can hear the experience in his voice. Lyrically, Game has stepped it up, this appears to be the buzz single, accompanied by a good video and expect plenty of rotation. Sampling the lyrics from Clipse – Nightmares, “I got big money..”, Game makes it his own as he attempts to solidify his status as a Hip-Hop heavyweight, personally I really like the song, best experienced loud, this just has that vibe, not much has to be said, it in a way directs you towards the album which is set to be his best effort to date (remember that Documentary is a certified classic).

Game has his eye on the Hip-Hop crown..

A(n) (i)Duelpro for every platform!

Yesterday we announced the coming of v3.5 of iDuelpro – yu-gi-oh! lifepoints calculator for iPhone. Now we can also announce that a drastic improvement of the Mac version is on its way. But that’s not all! Yesterday someone asked for a Blackberry version of Duelpro, and I started thinking.

We acquired material to build applications for Windows Mobile earlier this year, which means that we will start developing a Duelpro version for Windows Mobile anytime soon. This version will have about the same features as the Windows version and will show a donation button in the bottom.

But there’s more, another platform for which we could start to build apps is Google’s Android OS. We will use the same tactic there. People will simply be able to make a donation.

After Android OS, all nokia platforms with Qt framework will follow (including symbian).

So within the coming year, we will have a Duelpro version available for 6 platforms namely :

-Windows
-Mac OSX
-iPhone OS (also iPod Touch)
-Windows Mobile
-Android OS
-Symbian/Qt

Linux and Haiku (BeOS) executables may follow as well in this time. This only leaves the Java platform of some mobile phones and Blackberry OS to be. We can’t develop a Duelpro version for every cellphone available and Blackberry development is too expensive. Otherwise nearly any OS would be covered.

PSP go review

PSP go was shipped on Novenber 1. It Is priced at about 26,000 JPY. I made a reservation for PSP go, but it is not must. It was not sold out.

When PSP go was shipped, the Playstation Store launched some titles of existing UMD titles.

I bought PSP go, because I wanted small PSP like iPhone. I enjoy playing games on a commuter train. There are many Japanese people who play games. But, in Tokyo, PSP-3000 is too large to use on a commuter train. At morning, many people take a commuter train. Therefore, I wanted small PSP.

PSP is just iPhone or iPod touch. This is just size for me. PSP go’s screen size is smaller than PSP-3000, but go’s progressive screen is very very beautiful. Unhappy, dithering of existing titles gives dirty feeling.

PSP go has many problems. My UMD collections are not converted to PSP go, so I had to pay money to get download edition. And, I can not release my PSP-3000. Because the PS store doesn’t list all existing titles. Falcom’s titles don’t supply download edition. So I have to keep PSP-3000.

I think that PSP go is a public test for the next generation portable game console. But, we, users can enjoy multimedia and games with this new type PSP. This experience is not bad.

The lying down lame?

So… we’re back, after an absence of a week or so (not that anyone cares, because no one reads this shit). But still, we felt an obligation to bring this to you, if you haven’t heard of it already. The dumb as it can be lying down game, probably the dumbest game out there.  The “game” with only one objective, to be photographed while lying down. The aims are that the “players” should lay down in a place as public as possible, with as many people as possible involved and their toes must be pointing at the ground with their palms held against their sides. Crazy huh? People are sayin’ that the adrenaline rush is twice as high as the rush while skydiving or bungee jumping. Buy seriously it’s kinda tiring hearing how good the game is, when it isn’t. But that doesn’t stop those adrenaline junkies to be photographed all over the world doin’ that crazy lying around (c’mon, probably playing chess is more dangerous than this). The game started when a bunch of dudes grew tired of those ordinary pictures and started lying around all over the place. They started a facebook group and attracted over 1,500 members in the first two weeks. The group now has over 75,000 members and still going strong. Why? Nobody knows. But hey, who are we to judge, so if you feel like you need to spice up your life a bit go ahead and go lie down, and be a participant in the lame lying down game. But beware not to get injured or sued or something like that, because you’ll have no one to blame but yourself. They have a disclaimer about this stuff you know. WHY GOD, WHY???
